You can do that with your iPod Touch too. This trick is using VOIP, no Jailbreaking required and it’s free. Read this Step-by-Step guide to make your iPod touch almost into an iPhone.

How to make a call from your iPod touch

Go to voipstunt.com, and download voip stunt.

Step 2.

Install the setup and fill out all of the required information and login to your Stunt account.

Step 3.

Download Fring from the iTunes App Store and Sync it to your iPod Touch.

Step 4.

Go to the Fring app on your iPod touch, click Add ons and click SIP.

Step 5.

Click on the Voip Stunt and login. (Use the same login you used when you installed Voip Stunt on your computer)
